Come experience tools for envisioning and embodiement. You’ll map where you are now, where you want to go and how to get there.
We will work on the following areas:
- Stress reduction – giving ourselves room to breathe and create the life you want.
- Visioning – an exclusive coaching tool that uses active imagination processes and shifting states of mind to bring about your very own personal map of possibilities.
- Embodiement – taking your vision to another level, how to incorporate it and live it in the moment.
- Interpersonal neurobiology – using brain, mind and interrelationships to create new neural circuits.
In addition to valuable tools and opportunities to practice throughout the day, you will receive a program to continue and practice at home 5 days a week for 8 weeks.
