Change your Mind and Change Your Health

Change Your Mind, Change Your Health

Are you on the brink of change? Perhaps your kids are going off to school or you are an empty-nester? maybe you are yearning to change jobs or transform your career? Or, maybe you are wanting new ways to express yourself in your relationships with others? Join us in this six-week workshop to learn how to fuel your life forward by changing your thinking, accessing your embodied wisdom, and gaining clarity through changing your focus of attention.

We explore new and traditional experiential methods for perceiving and understanding ourselves and our relationships. We probe opportunities for creating new ways to live comfortably in our skins and making fresh, new connections with the world around us.

Our work is backed by the latest neuroscience, the ancient wisdom traditions, and real-work experience. Some of the methods we use include guided meditation, mindfulness practices, bodymind perception, movement, and material from the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction curriculum. Join us to share conviviality, experiential learning, and self-reflection. Informational handouts provided.
